Export to PDF in Review
This feature allows you to export individual documents as separate PDFs or merge multiple documents into a single PDF.
To export to PDF, complete the following procedure.

In the , select .

Select the documents you want to export.

In the pane, click .

In the field, enter a name.

In , select one of the following.

To create a separate PDF for each document you selected, select (default).

To combine all selected documents into one PDF file, select .

In , select one of the following file types.

To export native files, select , and select one of the following options in .

Select to export the documents with applied redactions.

Select to export the unredacted documents.

To export image files, select , then do the following.

In , select one of the following options.

Select to export images in their native image format.

Select to convert images to searchable PDFs using OCR.

Select to convert images to non‑searchable, image‑only PDFs.

In , select one of the following options.

Select to export the document with redactions.

Select to export the document without redactions.

To export images based on production sets, select . Then in , select one of the following options.

Select to export every image. Then move production from to using the arrow.

Select to export based on production hierarchy. Then, move productions from to using the arrow. Then in , set the order by using the up and down arrows.

Click .

You can view the status of the job in the page and the page in Inspect and Review. Refer to View Export to PDF job details for more information.

After the job completes, if the export of any selected document fails, the system generates a . Refer to View Failed Export to PDF Report for more information.

After completion, go to DataHub to download the exported documents.
